Thirike is definitely an enjoyable weekend film for the whole family. Gopi Krishna is definitely a scene stealer and hilarious in scenes, such as when he ‘gets ready’ to save his drowning brother. George brings a smile to your face as the lovable rogue. The music by Ankit Menon is pleasant enough. The frames showing the old house, and the brother’s inside the dilapidated place almost make you crave for a little cozy corner like it.

Both Thoma and Sebu’s mother are possessive of his love and scared of losing it they don’t think that he loves each of them intensely for what they mean in his life.
